Uncertainty can make us feel overwhelmed! This is indeed an uncertain time and easily all-consuming! We must be gentle with ourselves and at the very least remind yourself you are doing the best you can. Perhaps it helps to recognize that everyone is struggling in this time of global uncertainty. Take one day at a time and focus on progress, not perfection. I think there are simple things to help feel less overwhelmed … simply breathe, talk with friends, write stuff down, take a nap, do something different, clean things up, meditate and be mindfully thankful for what is!

It is important to ask yourself “how’s it going?” Be Conscious of how you are feeling in this uncertainty. Remember you can do anything but not everything. Right now is the time to get ready for the new normal that lies ahead.
