As a talent development and strategy consultant with exposure to diverse sectors, regions and mandates through her career, she brings a passion for finding fitment within roles and ensuring impact. She has successfully facilitated mandates as diverse as nationalization, privatization and centralization, across entities in North America, Middle East and Asia Pacific.
Surekha has experience in assessing and developing executive talent and puts a strong emphasis on understanding context, and gathering objective information about organizational needs in order to identify the appropriate fit with technical, functional, leadership and cultural context. She has over 7 years of experience with behavioral interviewing techniques using David Mcclelland’s methodologies accredited by Korn Ferry Hay Group.
