Time for Renewal

“Problems can be experienced as… a chance for renewal rather than stress.”

            ~ Marilyn Ferguson

“There are some things one can only achieve with a deliberate leap in the opposite direction.”

            ~ Franz Kafka

“Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.”

            ~ Maria Robinson

I’m hoping that everyone has felt a touch of spring in the past week.   And that that touch of spring gives you hope for sun and blue sky days ahead!   I also hope it has stirred your energy.  If you stay present you will witness the changing hue of green and perhaps explosions of colour!   Make sure you look around and stay present in the gift of spring!

I suggest, as leaders, we often initiate a change out of adversity but I further suggest that change can come from the simple example of spring.  Change can be about renewal and refreshing.   As a leader it is one of our major responsibilities to make sure our colleagues are not working with discomfort or confusion.   We have a vital responsibility to provide opportunities for our colleagues to renew, refresh, re-energize and revitalize.   A change project in that context can be a positive change to an already vibrant service.  A change project that reaches for excellence.

BMG believes in renewal!  Working with you to co-design an operational process, BMG believes your reach for excellence deserves support and encouragement.
