“Without change there is no innovation, creativity, or incentive for improvement. Those who initiate change will have a better opportunity to manage the change that is inevitable.”

~ William Pollard

“Extraordinary change requires building extraordinary relationships, and at some level this requires gathering together diverse people representing diverse views so they can speak and listen to one another in new ways.”

            ~ Peter Senge

“We cannot become what we need by remaining what we are.”

            ~ John C. Maxwell

This week, BMG’s blog is STILL coming from the shores of the Rideau!   I continue to experience the changes that I expect and accept from nature. I continue to bring transformation to your attention. I have had enormous changes in recent life and many changes that were out of my control or input.   Even still I am now living an improved life.  I am proud to acknowledge my own self awareness and acceptance that has led to many, many positive changes.  It’s so easy to be grateful for every moment of change!  My attitude of gratitude is well warranted and serves me well!

Transformational Attitude creates valuable and positive change and can shift behavior to shape change!  Transformational Leadership must approach change in a collaborative and collective practice.  Transformational Practice will model self awareness, self management, collective openness, innovative inspiration and a willingness to adapt!

Transformational Change will strengthen the health of an organization. In its simplest form a transformational change can improve what you currently do and in holistic form will speak to the heart and soul of any organization and may create newness on many levels.

Let BMG and its associates walk alongside your transformational leadership to create valuable and positive change.   BMG wants to engage with like-hearted leaders while inviting compassion, trust and care!  We have a purpose to make a difference.
