“Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement. Nothing can be done without hope and confidence.”

~ Helen Keller

“Positivity, confidence, and persistence are key in life, so never give up on yourself.”

~ Khalid

“One important key to success is self-confidence. An important key to self-confidence is preparation. “

~ Arthur Ashe

In a leadership role self-confidence is crucial to the days when you are just not sure!   Self-confidence is not about the final outcome it is about the belief in yourself to pull together the needed intelligence and then build a path to a successful outcome.  There will be many days ‘when you are just not sure’ but with optimism, hope and confidence the unsure moments begin to be the best time to learn and gain more confidence.  Such confidence is the ability to say ‘I’m not sure’ and then explore and create and become sure!

In unsure moments care about yourself.   Be true to yourself and the values you bring to your work.  Have the courage to show up and show yourself to those around you.  Be persistent in your search!   Remember you are gifted with leadership.   And remember that your strengths will always surface when you know yourself.   When you believe you can resolve an unsure moment, opportunities will be clear.  Be prepared to feel unsure.   Only hesitate to garner your confidence and optimism.
