“Nothing’s Different, but everything has changed.”

“Everything has changed and yet, I am more me than I’ve ever been.”

“All Great changes are preceded by chaos.”

“Eventually all things fall into place. Until then, laugh at the confusion, live for the moments, and know everything happens for a reason.”

            ~ Albert Schwetizer

Yoga in the park this past month has been a gift. A gift I would never have expected. I’ve had the opportunity to watch the clouds sail by, feel the warm fall sun and fall breeze. Yet even in the joy of my yoga practice I definitely think, often, ‘Oh my, how things have changed.’

I constantly question, is it really a new world? I think our new reality is affecting all of us in a multitude of ways. Each of us coping with individual situations and individual consequences. There are days when I think, ‘oh I can’t do this.’ Then a warm smile shines through caring eyes, above a mask and I think ‘oh I can do this and all will be okay.’

I suggest that we all need to stay true to our values while holding strong to getting through it all. Look around, take note, celebrate, be kind to yourself and be thoughtful of the world around us, changes and all. You might just see a smile shining through kind eyes and above a mask!
