~ C. S. Lewis
“The biggest challenge after success is shutting up about it.”

“Do you wish people to think well of you? Don’t speak well of yourself.”
~ Blaise Pascal
In a leadership position it is important to develop self-confidence without arrogance. Self-confidence allows you to accept your weaknesses or faults with grace. Self-confidence without arrogance enables you to not only build your own skills but to build the skills of the people around you. Self-confidence, without arrogance, allows you to share the wins and the spotlight. A self-confident leader enjoys looking inside to see the good things as well as the things that can and should be changed.
Think well of yourself and honour your own unique ways, without arrogance. Value yourself and let others see you at your best. Respect yourself. Be flexible without compromise. Surround yourself with like minded and like hearted people.
The cornerstone of BMG is a commitment to like-hearted people, people who share the same values, people who are able to work collaboratively in a structure that values everyone’s expertise. We are ready to work with you!
