Associate

Associates join project teams, generate ideas for future consideration and mentor the next generation of leaders. Through the model of a shared economy we look for opportunities to involve Associates in project development and implementation. Activities include project consultation, research, editing and writing, and sharing and leading the development of ideas and projects that fit our mission and values.

Associates are included in BMG forums or think tanks to expand our collective knowledge and to inform the growth of the organization going forward.

By sharing our resources and learning forums, we expand the awareness of the mission of BMG and identify new sources of business, new associates and innovative thinking to continue to propel us forward.

Community of Interest

BMG’s consulting expertise is enhanced and strengthened by our Community of Interest (COI). COI members include consultants, semi-retired public and non-profit sector executives, and subject matter experts. COI members broaden the pool of expertise available to BMG and our clients and participate on selected projects in consulting or expert advisor roles.

Regular events bring together COI members, associates and clients and provide opportunities to learn from current research, insights and experience from various perspectives.
