“You don’t always need a plan. Sometimes you just need to breathe, trust, let go, and see what happens!”
~Shannon Pucket
“Each person deserves a day away in which no problems are confronted, no solutions searched for. Each of us needs to withdraw from the cares which will not withdraw from us.”
~ Maya Angelou
Last week BMG held a Managing Director and Senior Associate Meeting. The meetings enable conversations that are meaningful, thoughtful, respectful and progressive. The regular meetings create a positive space where enlightened solutions, suggestions and agreements are considered.
Under a shared leadership model, the conversations, in the context of the firm’s values, are helping to guide decisions that will support the development of an Associate Database, Technology Services, Communication Strategies, Internal and External Gatherings of Like Hearted People and Website Growth which will include the ongoing development of service descriptions.
These regular meetings are important days for the continual development of BMG, the BMG Associates and services to our clients.
This past weekend, ‘the May two four weekend,’ marked a right of passage to summer days ahead and was a perfect time for all of us to rest and restore our passion for our work. BMG honoured the significance of the weekend and took a richly deserved and rightly earned break from the important work we do. We hope you enjoyed a great LONG, kick to summer, weekend!
Our regular blog will return next week with continued conversations that bring you stories of our work and the people we work with.
