Marcia is a seasoned business practitioner with more than 25 years of experience with exceptional project management skills that she consistently deploys through continuous collaboration and communication with clients and the BMG team. Marcia is a recognized Senior Executive offering fresh insight and passion for innovation and best practices. A dynamic leader and mentor, she is able to build team cohesion, inspire individuals and strive towards success. Marcia has led and managed many multi-discipline teams to achieve exemplary results in both the broader public sector and non-for-profit sector.
Marcia states that she passionately shares the values of BMG and that her strong attributes are value based and integrity. Marcia is committed to knowledge transfer and achieving the outcomes that clients expect as well as the outcomes that BMG sets for itself. Marcia says it was easy to gravitate to BMG.
