My hope is that you found time to reflect on your personal qualities that support your leadership skills and approach! A sincere commitment to leadership comes from your own motivation to be a leader. Your passion to provide positive leadership can go a long way for a positive work environment. Honesty is critically important to the positive interaction with team members. Empathy provides the opportunity to listen. A leader willing to honestly and actively listen makes themselves available to discuss issues and concerns. Being open and honest will encourage open and honest team members.
