Christine Clayton is a senior leader with 20+ years of consulting experience. Currently Head of BMG Consulting/BMG Indigenous Services, Christine is responsible for driving business growth and profitability, amplifying BMG’s market presence, ensuring organizational and operational efficiency, recruiting and retaining top talent, and building and maintaining relationships with strategic partners and influencers. An avid learner, Christine engages with authenticity, respect, and positivity in all of her interactions, inspiring both confidence and enthusiasm with colleagues, teams, and clients.
Prior to joining BMG, Christine held leadership roles at KPMG providing organizational design and change management services to national and global clients in the public and private sectors and a global, billion-dollar finance company leading the Canadian Client Services organization. A fierce advocate for the autism community, Christine is heavily involved in autism advocacy in her home city of Ottawa and throughout Ontario. Christine has been profiled in CBC’s The National, the Ottawa Citizen, Ottawa CTV News, and CBC News Radio.
