Even in this time of uncertainty and unwelcome change remain committed to yourself. Be content with yourself and let the outside fall into place. This is a step by step and moment by moment journey. Contentment reflects your state of being, happy and satisfied albeit a bit unsettled. Contentment is a peaceful ease of mind and feelings of satisfaction and gratitude. Contentment can reflect positivity, growth and self-awareness. Live in the moments, enjoy simple things, practice gratitude, show others you care, be kind to yourself and absolutely notice the twinkle of the season!
