Dino is an accomplished manager, motivated, dedicated, results oriented professional with an extensive background and experience in the financial service industry.  Proficient in all aspects of the Canadian Business Environment, Bank Management and Operation, including account management, customer service, staff coordination, and product sales. He is helping individuals and teams connect with success in financial services, and higher education institutions.

A well-established expert in the instructional and academic field. Areas of teaching include finance, marketing, negotiation, leadership, sales and business communication. Dino delivers a full range of coaching, training, and consulting activities, providing management and communication consultation to business, financial industry, educational institutions and nonprofits. He has built trusting relationships and facilitated innovative learning courses that delivered results for more than 200 students and clients.

He has taught leadership and management courses for more than 10 years, led team building and strategic planning activities. Dino brings a wealth of practical experience to all his seminars and courses. He enjoys coaching and training leaders to inspire better performance and successfully navigate challenges and opportunities as they walk their career path.

Dino received his bachelor’s degree in Banking and Financial Services from the York University He is a Certified Financial Planner and a memberof the Institute of Canadian Bankers.  He currently works as a Branch manager at RBC and has been a people and branch manager in the banking industry in excess of 35 years. He leads and motivates a large team with a diversified background in achieving topresults on a consistent basis. With an extensive background he has successfully managed a substantial book of business.  Dino has led important business transformation efforts including process improvements, system implementations and change management.

Dino is a dynamic leader, trusted manager and exceptional student/client centric instructor/facilitator in delivering a focused based professional approach in an integrity managed philosophy.

Dino currently serves as the president of The Knights of Columbus, and Arts Richmond Hill.

Dino’s strong commitment to “giving back” has motivated him to join advisory groups such as the Excellence in Financial Services program at Seneca College, and provide support and guidance to both the committee and program staff. Dino is a member with CESOSACO International Services, providing business instructional programs to global executives. He has been appointed as a panelist on several industry panels. He helps create future leaders in our communities and develop advocates for making things better.
