“Everything is a learning process: any time you fall over, it’s just teaching you to stand up the next time.”
~ Joel Edgerton
“If you can get the inside right, the outside will fall into place.”
~ Eckhart Tolle
Something in these early ‘fall’ days feels different. Autumn is the season of letting go and lends itself to warm and fuzzy. The ‘fall’ change is an opportunity to adopt a fresh look!
In a leadership position the onset of ‘fall’ can provide a possibility of transition and having things ‘fall’ into place. Plan a project well and then everything should ‘fall’ into place. A ‘fall’ beginning can inspire desired outcomes. The ebb and flow of the seasons can inspire awareness of self and the effect of changing days. Use those feelings to propel your creativity.
Self-awareness means staying in harmony with the changing season. The change of the seasons opens rich and insightful gifts. Look for the gifts and use them to drive the next phase of growth! Stop and reflect on your own connection to the ‘fall’ transition!
