“One of the most important things you can do on this earth is to let people know that they are not alone.”
~ Shannon L. Alder
As much as I hope to emerge stronger, at this point in the pandemic, I also question will I ever get over this. It’s important to make a conscious decision to take control of what you can control and to stop worrying, complaining, or being upset. Things won’t always be this hard. Getting over it takes time and patience.
It is essentially important to be gentle with yourself, practice patience, learn acceptance, reach out and connect and find ways to solve or deal with the difficulties that linger! Be kind to yourself as we all refocus to the situations of today. Celebrate the positives. It’s important to start to feel happy again! And equally important to recognize that our happiness does not come without holding space for others and their struggles. If we can all be a little more understanding, and more willing to care about others, then we can do our part to bring light to our own struggles and struggles of others. We can get over it!
“When life brings you full circle, pay attention. There’s a lesson there.”
~ Mandy Hale
