“As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.
~ John F. Kennedy
“When it comes to life the critical thing is whether you take things for granted or take them with gratitude.”
~ Gilbert K. Chesterton
“Choosing to be positive and having a grateful attitude is going to determine how you’re going to live your life.”
~ Joel Osteen
Gratitude is a daily, practiced attitude. I hope you see that there is much to be grateful for even in these moments of uncertainty. Gratitude has an immense impact on our well being! Words and acts of gratitude can lower stress, create calm, reveal a new perspective, bring about focus on what really matters and make a new attitude possible.
As we deal with this challenging and demanding time remember to keep track of the good things in life. There is always something to be grateful for.
“Enjoy the little things, for one day you’ll look back and realize they were the big things.”
~ Robert Brault
