Being a leader means helping people do their best. A leader’s responsibility is to pay attention to the quality of their own work, use their positive and thoughtful skills and show personal creativity. It is also a leadership responsibility to encourage and develop the same in others. A leader must ensure that a job well done is indeed recognized!
Not only does leadership set a positive direction it also enhances the performance of others. The success of a job well done depends on human resources and how leadership inspires and recognizes a job well done. Leadership comes to anyone who can work with true meaning, act decisively, show confidence and demonstrate accountability. Simple recognition of such initiative reaps rewards of continued motivation, loyalty and a job well done.
Might I suggest that the leadership in all of us, can whisper, ‘job well done’ along our own paths of success!
