“In life, one has a choice to take one of two paths: to wait for some special day — or to celebrate each special day.”

“Choosing to be positive and having a grateful attitude is going to determine how you’re going to live your life.”
~ Joel Osteen
“The way to develop the best that is in a person is by appreciation and encouragement.”
~ Charles Schwab
I’m sure everyone is settled into a busy work life with the Thanksgiving holiday in the past. There is no better time than now to remind everyone that gratitude is a daily, practiced attitude and not only prompted by a holiday.
Leadership comes with the opportunity and responsibility to model a heartfelt and genuine attitude of gratitude. Gratitude fosters a positive work culture that is driven by purpose, appreciation, and respect. Gratitude builds relationships, engages people, raises positive feelings, and contributes to the health and wellness of individuals and an organization.
Gratitude acknowledges the success created by a team. Gratitude that recognizes our colleagues and their contributions is a powerful driver of work place culture. Lead by example! Everyone needs and deserves to be valued and appreciated.
How do you express your gratitude?
