I’m likely not telling you anything you don’t already know. WE are experiencing a loneliness epidemic. I feel we can all use some gentle reminders as we blast into the season of misplaced expectations and assumptions. A reminder that despite the challenges of the month ahead it is also a time for hope and joy. WE all feel lonely at times, WE all witness the loneliness of others, and WE all must reach deep to comfort ourselves and those around us. Gently remember that this is also the season to express and practice, in numerous ways, kindness, acceptance, compassion, and connection.
