Madeleine Anderson
Madeleine Anderson is an accredited evaluator with a comprehensive knowledge of current evaluation methods, tools and trends.
She has spent more than 25 years evaluating large, multi-dimensional projects and initiatives in a wide range of linguistic, geographic and cultural contexts locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.
As a credentialed project manager, Madeleine has led projects across the country for agencies and programs ranging from large government departments to northern and remote Indigenous communities.
From her early days as a front line community service provider and program manager, Madeleine’s experience working with disadvantaged and marginalized populations has been guided by a feminist and anti-racism/anti-oppression framework.
Madeleine is fluent in both English and French.
