Previously I referred to a list being the simplest form of organization. I stand by that and take it one step forward to suggest that making a list is often the basis of a plan.
A thoughtful leader will welcome the contributions of an inclusive plan. An attentive leader will welcome the advantages of available time and resources within the organization. An inclusive approach will contribute to an efficient and effective plan while reducing risk. An inclusive plan identifies the current, the future, the past and where it is important to go and how to go.
