A good leader takes a little more than his share of the blame, a little less than his share of the credit.
~ Arnold H. Glasow
When you’re surrounded by people who share a passionate commitment around a common purpose, anything is possible.
~ Howard Schultz
Life is a gift, and it offers us the privilege, opportunity, and responsibility to give something back by becoming more.
~ Anthony Robbins
Look around you. Everything changes. Everything on this earth is in a continuous state of evolving, refining, improving, adapting, enhancing…changing. You were not put on this earth to remain stagnant.”
~ Steve Maraboli
We co-create our reality with others in unseen ways.
~ Doug Dillon
This past week, BMG held a gathering of like-hearted people. People who came together to share their knowledge, experience, past and present, hopes and dreams and their good will towards BMG. There was a kinship, a sharing, a trust, a truth and an authentic engagement.
Once again the good heart of David Barnes drew a crowd. A crowd willing to collaborate and indulge BMG and its desire to be the best at what we do AND to make a difference. BMG gathered people and asked them to contribute to the evolution and co-creation of a collaborative, innovative hub of like-minded and like-hearted consultant associates. A hub that will foster and co-create a different way to do business while making a difference in communities and for their peoples.
BMG is more than a traditional consulting firm: we have a passion for assisting our clients to achieve their goals. We do this through a process of collaboration, engagement, and knowledge transfer. We are committed to the principles of social development and building stronger communities.
The days’ success was apparent of the good hearts in the room. Good people willing to share and trust one another and reveal the growth of their work and life. A good heart does make a difference and it was most evident that our willing participants care about making a difference! The gathered crowd also cared about the evolution of our firm and its desire to create a social responsibility outcome to current day challenges.
I suggest, as an elder, that many of us want nothing more than to hand over our wisdom to the next generation to do things differently than we had time to do or the opportunity to do. I suggest that there is a wide open willingness to mentor and guide a different Ontario. I know with BMG I have been given a chance to co-create a different responsiveness and continue to make a difference. I am most grateful!
