Change is always tough! The reality of changing times can cause confusion, uncertainty and insecurity. Uncertain times for leadership requires certainty in decision making, clarity in communication, authentic engagement and a process of buy-in.

A thoughtful leader will nurture employees to share their feelings in todays unpredictable environment and encourage their practical solutions.
