“Spring is painted in daffodil yellows, robin egg blues, new grass green and the brightness of hope for a better life.”
~ Toni Sorenson
“Spring is the best life coach: It gives you all the energy you want, all the positive thought you wish and all the boldness you need!”
~ Mehmet Murat ildan
“April is the kindest month. April gets you out of your head and out working in the garden.”
~ Marty Rubin
As we walk through spring the symbolism is plentiful. We must notice. Spring is a promise kept! The promise that everything can begin again! We all experience the change of seasons in different ways. Hence the importance of taking the time to stop occasionally to notice. And to notice within the perspective of you and your experiences. Memories are part of welcoming the seasons while embracing the attitude of change.
From my perspective and my memories (to mention only a few) I wait in anticipation for the robins to return, for vibrant colors to emerge, to throw open the windows, to listening to chirping frogs, to taste new maple syrup while I embrace longer days and the warmer sun!
I encourage you to put your memory to work, recall the seasons in your life and find again the gifts of spring.
“Despite the forecast, live like it’s spring.”
~ Lilly Pulitzer
