I believe that a state of well being is simply grounded in self-awareness and the resulting comfort of health and happiness. As a leader, when you bring your own well being to the work environment you will enable an organization and all its people to overcome difficulties and achieve success. The well being of any organization is built on the well being of every individual that understands their own potential, their abilities and their personal boundaries. The well being of every organization contributes to community.
