“My hope is that tomorrow will be fine, but, if tomorrow doesn’t go well, I shall still hope to be fine tomorrow!”
~ Ernest Agyemang Yeboah
“The good and the bad things are part of life. Accept it. The bad is a learning process, you will surpass it. If you do you will be happy and it will be a good thing.”
~ Ann Marie Aguilar
“There is only one way to avoid criticism, do nothing, say nothing, and be nothing.”

“When life is sweet, say thank you and celebrate. When life is bitter, say thank you and grow.”

Things don’t always go the way we want or expect. It is so important to face the challenges with grace and to celebrate the successes with grace! As a leader you have to show up and never give up. Allow the rough times to make you stronger. Take note of the important lessons along the way. Those lessons can make all the difference to a leader’s reaction.
When things go wrong, be mindful of all you have to be grateful for. A wrong turn does not mean you are at the end of the road. Perhaps the best is yet to come. When things go wrong it may put a new path out in front and the exact path you are meant to be on. Look and find the good in every situation.
Open yourself to the changes a “wrong thing” can present.
