A commitment to leadership is all about the ability to lead with integrity and to give it your best even in the most difficult situations. Stepping up to be a leader can be rewarding while facing numerous challenges. Accepting leadership will reward you time and time again if you are patient.
All leadership tasks are necessary, expected and unexpected. A thoughtful leader will balance authority and develop a strong team. A team that respects the obligations of leadership while feeling supported by a leader they can count on.
Some keys to a balanced leadership include; shared success, confidence in yourself and others, put words into action, admit and allow mistakes, be genuine in your interactions and exchanges, be patient with yourself and others, lead by example, learn from your journey, be courageous and stand firm! Do your best!
