“Life has many ways of testing a person’s will, either by having nothing happen at all or by having everything happen all at once.”

I always felt overwhelmed in September. I would get caught up in the wave of the fall beginning. We are three weeks into September and only two days into fall. How’s it going?
I suggest, before it gets too overwhelming, gather your self-awareness and allow yourself to take control. Finish that one thing that is causing you anxiety. Re-charge your creativity and take the time to wander through your mind and your responsibilities ahead. Figure out what your highest priority might be. Take the time to see the big picture and the uncomplicated path ahead. I suggest you pare down that list. Get focused! When things are anxiety-provoking, take thoughtful, strategic steps and your apprehension will ease. Tasks will get done and then give yourself permission to take a break.
