“Always walk-through life as if you have something new to learn and you will.”

“All you really need to do is accept this moment fully. You are then at ease in the here and now and at ease with yourself.”
~ Eckhart Tolle
“Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.”
~ Maya Angelou
In the path of this pandemic, new experiences felt forced and new lessons were beyond imagination. Could life have been pictured as we know it now? When the bottom fell out it seemed impossible to find the ground. It was easy to feel distressed and vulnerable to the new experiences and not always open to new lessons. The list of lessons seems never ending. I could make quite a list, but I suggest we all have a different list, and that it would be useful to notice the lessons that unsettled you.
Deep down we often know more than we care to admit! And deep down we know we will be okay, but maybe not today! It takes time to come to terms with all life’s lessons, welcomed or not! It takes time for the heart to catch up to the mind, and soul. A slow and steady and mindful path to gather the benefits of the lessons is most important.
“You’ll never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.”
~ Bob Marley
