Peace of Mind

I found myself in need of a reminder of my path to inner peace and I’m happy to share my thoughts.  Peace of mind, I believe, begins with an ease within yourself, and that ease of self begins with self-compassion.  Every day we are bombarded with thoughts, close to home or far away, and the actions of others.  We are left to react or not react to thoughts, words, and actions.  We are left to make choices!

Peace of mind is tranquility only we can discover for ourselves!  The choice to create peace of mind begins and ends with learning more about self.  An inner peace journey is a choice from worry, anxiety, and fear, and the strength to embrace a place of calmness.  Peace of mind enables us to turn off the noise.  There is always a need to gather our inner tranquility amid ‘too much’ while finding the calm in our soul.  I suggest that a lifetime of searching for inner peace challenges everyone, but it is worth the path to know oneself!
