“Remember to breathe. It is after all, the secret of life.”

“Always give without remembering and always receive without forgetting.”

“Remember there’s no such thing as a small act of kindness. Every act creates a ripple with no logical end.”
~ Scott Adams
“Tradition means taking account of a wonderful history but remembering that everybody today looks to the future.”
~ Michael Kadoorie
November is the month of Remembrance! For me, remembrance is about respect and gratitude! Remembrance can be a sincere way to tell the truth, to honor history and to tell a story. It tells us about ourselves and the people around us. Remembering sees how far we have come. Remembering offers the ability to see the past, what’s been learned, what mistakes may have happened and the growth that has been embraced. An active memory acknowledges the journey and brightens the future.
Welcome remembering and acknowledge its role in a life well lived. Remembering is an active awareness of self which sets an example for others to embrace remembering. Remembering teaches the past, influences the future and enhances our lives.
