Our thoughts influence our well-being.  Our mindset influences our thoughts, and our thoughts influence our mindset.  It’s a circle you can’t avoid, nor should you.  To be mindful of your thoughts enables you to make decisions and choices in your own best interest.  Being aware of your thoughts can nurture a positive mindset and offer a chance to challenge negative thoughts.  When you are mindful of your thoughts, you can manage your life and build a more gratifying future.  When you are mindful of your thoughts you can practice kindness and compassion of yourself and of others.
