In all my readings I believe that the topic of ‘change’ comes up the most! And as much as it is constantly in my mind it is the thing most illusive. Or is it? I know for sure that change is inevitable! As one gets older it is impossible to not get that concept. I find that accepting and embracing change is getting easier. I see it so clearly now however, perhaps not so clearly in the moments along the way. But I did understand along the way that change was indeed the most import ‘thing’ I could do in a leadership position. And now it is the most important thing that BMG can help you do. Every organization evolves and part of that evolution is leadership that understands that change is inevitable and that change is growth and in the end is absolutely part of making a difference.
Change is a Chance! Change expands collective impact! Change is a new beginning to a new ending! Change is the beginning of better! And for us at BMG, change, is the chance to make a difference!
