Thank you to Maureen (Mo) McKenna for leading an Appreciative Inquiry workshop for our Master of Social Work (MSW) placement students at Barnes Management Group! A Certified Management Consultant who describes herself as an “Eclectic Explorer & Energy Catalyst,” Mo shared her experience and introduced students to an approach that builds on strengths and what is working well.
We also appreciate the wonderful resources she shared to help students continue learning and put these ideas into practice. At BMG, we work hard to give our placement students opportunities to learn from experienced professionals and connect their classroom learning with real-world practice. Sessions like this are an important part of that commitment.
Thank you, Mo, for your time, energy and generosity in sharing your knowledge and resources with our students!
