When the approach to leadership is solidly based in self-awareness and truth the significance of such is the ethical foundation to a mission and its values!  Authentic leadership is about others.   It is the chance to mentor and guide positive outcomes and success for everyone!   An authentic leader will make commitments and follow through, keep promises, live by solid values, engage with others, empower others, share themselves, share leadership, delegate, encourage mutual respect and inspire the next generation of leaders.  An authentic leader will recognize and embrace their vulnerability.  The transparency of vulnerability is the framework of a leader’s integrity.
