One of the basic opportunities of a leader is to mobilize a community around a common cause. Mobilizing an engagement process is a basic need to a community/staff team and for them to belong to a project that builds a stronger and inclusive solution for their own community. That work place community is the relationship(s) between all people. A successful sense of belonging builds on inclusion, knowledge and a collective participation. That collective participation is about how much the community believes in the group and how well they feel welcomed and included.
That sense of belonging creates a co-designed solution. A co-designed solution through the connection to community is an essential importance to being part of something that makes a difference.
