“Life gives you plenty of time to do whatever you want to do if you stay in the present moment.”

Speaking from experience I would highly recommend integrating mindfulness into your life. The act of practicing a mindful life enhances stress management and promotes self care. Self care creates the opportunity to be present in your life, both your personal and workplace moments, and shows a balanced life example for the people around you.
Mindfulness brings awareness to your own actions as well as your interactions with others. Its meaningful to be present and to notice how people think, feel, act and perform in the workplace. A leader’s mindful presence and centered awareness enhances the capacity to improve everyone’s ability to become unstuck in negative patterns of thought, emotion and behavior. Compassion and empathy will expand your ability to stabilize, control and improve the efficiency of your workplace.
Unless a leader makes a conscious effort to mindfully center their thoughts, emotions and actions, any organization can run amuck.
