To pay attention to your well-being is an act of mindful purpose, not an act of selfishness, but rather an act of self-compassion.  Our mental, emotional, and physical wellness is our well-being.  The COVID experience has often pushed our self-awareness to the side lines and therefore our well-being has often been lost in the constant stress.  Perhaps it is time to take note of your overall well-being.  The best of well-being can help overcome difficult times and bring joy to life.  A high level of well-being helps us be the best version of ourselves.

Well-being makes for a heathy soul and peaceful mind.  It helps us connect to others, have good relationships, be active, learn new skills, fuel our curiosity, pay attention to the present and give to others.  We only have one life to live well.  Take the time to be self-compassionate and self-aware.  Your well-being depends on it.

“You can’t control what goes on outside, but you CAN control what goes on inside.”
