“Self-Reflection is the school of wisdom.
~ Baltasar Gracian
“What you think, you become. What you feel, you attract. What you imagine, you create.”
“The more reflective you are, the more effective you are.”
~ Hall and Simeral
“Follow effective action with quiet reflection. From the quiet reflection will come even more effective action.”
~ Peter Drucker
The human capacity to bring an open willingness to change speaks clearly of the fundamental purpose and essence of self-reflection. Transformational leadership in simplest form allows thinking, reason, and recognition of ones’ own perceptions. Adding wisdom to such awareness can lead any organization to positive change. Such wisdom results from individual reflection and an inward focus on experience and feelings.
To lead an organizational reflection, to lead a stop and think practice, it is imperative to hold such a course of action steady in your own self-reflection and the learned self-awareness of your own beliefs and values.
If you are ready to move ahead with organizational development that will encourage honest engagement and a process of self and organizational refection, BMG has associates ready to support your project. BMG Associates are well informed and ready with genuine interest. Please check out our services.
