“Minimizing forces us to confront our stuff, and our stuff forces us to confront ourselves.”

~ Joshua Becker

“Clutter is nothing more than postponed decisions.”

~ Barbara Hemphill

“Out of clutter, find simplicity. From discord, find harmony. In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity.”

~ Albert Einstein

My Fall energy is helping me de-clutter the multitude of thoughts and emotions of the past months.  The de-cluttering is inspired by a September feeling and a fall energy!  Embracing the change of season and paying attention to physical and mental wellness helps gather self-awareness to take control of the September feeling and then muster the ability to de-clutter your mind and feel a re-charge!

Something in these early ‘fall’ days feels different.  Autumn is the season of letting go and lends itself to warm and fuzzy.  The ‘fall’ change is an opportunity to adopt a fresh look!  The ebb and flow of the seasons can inspire awareness of self and the affect of changing days can propel your de-cluttering.

Self-awareness means staying in harmony with the changing season.  The change of the seasons opens rich and insightful gifts.  Look for the gifts and use them to reflect on your own connection to the ‘fall’ transition!  What does de-clutter mean to you?
