Do you know, as a leader, it’s not what you know but rather what you ought to have known! Do you know you get what you give? Do you know that doing the right thing makes us better people? Do you know a leader needs to always step up and do the right thing! Do you know that a good leader is passionate and continually strives for excellence? Do you know that ethical leadership encourages trust and acceptance? Do you know that by doing the right thing and doing your best shows people you care!
