“It takes as much energy to wish as it does to plan.”
~ Eleanor Roosevelt
“All you need is the plan, the road map, and the courage to press on to your destination.”
~ Earl Nightingale
“Organizing is what you do before you do something, so that when you do it, it is not all mixed up.”
~ A. A. Milne
“To accomplish great things, we must not only act, but also dream; not only plan, but also believe.”
~ Anatole France
If you haven’t worked out a practice of organization, I would suggest you make it a priority. A list is the simplest way to keep a million things from slipping away. Learning to download an ongoing list from day to day and from week to week means keeping the list current and a list can generate the ability to let go of work. For a thoughtful leader letting go means finding a work-life balance and still be able to meet obligations and responsibilities. Letting go also models balance and the ability to recharge an organized energy. At the very least a list makes it possible to make a plan and address the priorities the list presents.
If you are searching for your practice of organization, BMG hopes, your curiosity leads you to the BMG Associates that are ready to be part of your search.
