Some of us have a favorite coffee shop. We are drawn to a chosen location for many reasons! It might be the neighborhood, the connection to others, the comfort of the familiar, the social links, the atmosphere, the free Wi-fi and of course the coffee!
I have a favorite neighborhood shop that is owned and operated by a kind, business smart, genuine, knowledgeable, hardworking, young couple! In combination with good coffee, the ingredients for success! I see and feel all that, in the bright and personable young people they hire and the expectations they obviously teach and expect from each one of ‘the kids.’ All of which makes for an exceptional experience that creates a sense of belonging, feelings of happiness, a sense of purpose and the opportunity to improve my overall well-being. And the coffee, without fail, speaks for itself! I am loyal to the coffee and more so to the kindness, the professionalism, the environment, the experience, and the success of their hard work! I admire the consistent, steady, and unwavering team work to provide a neighborhood favorite and an environment for everyone and anyone!
It is worth noticing that your coffee shop is not only about the coffee! A favorite coffee shop speaks volumes across borders, peoples, and cultures. It can be what you need if you participate in the experience and think beyond the cup!
