Health and wellness are the most important things in life. Wellness impacts everything: physically, emotionally, and spiritually! Wellness is the purposeful intent to enjoy life and live well. It is a responsible, positive, proactive, and preventive approach to a goal of good health. Wellness is a balance of healthy habits, self-care routines, making time for yourself, self-reflection, and self-awareness.
