Is it time to Go? I’m sure many of my peers are asking this critical question. In my personal journey to retirement I asked this question for numerous years while I searched for the right answers. Retirement is a thoughtful time of life. Time that is rightly earned and richly deserved!
I suggest there are many questions to consider when it is time to GO. A few to start your thoughtful journey might be; can I lead a change with grace and personal integrity; can I lead a change with the organizations best interest at heart; have I given a new leader a chance to immerge; is the organization ready for new leadership?
If you are asking yourself critical questions it may be time to reach out for support. A succession plan is a great answer to such questions for everyone. Make sure you check out BMG’s change management experience and expertise. Then make your decision and look forward with confidence.
