The Small Stuff

“Life is a process … just one thing after another.   When you lose it, just start again.”

            ~ Richard Carlson

“I think it is important to find the little things in everyday life that make you happy.”

            ~ Paula Cole

“I hope you find, as I did, that happiness comes from noticing and enjoying the little things in life.”

            ~ Barbara Ann Kipfer

I recently noticed small bothersome ‘stuff’ taking all my attention.  It took noticing where my attention was focused, to be able to embrace a new awareness.  I’m now taking time to enjoy the little things that bring me joy!  The little things that lift the gloomy days and remind us that small moments provide much needed joy!  The moments we notice and the moments that touch our hearts.  The moments that bring joy and connection.  It is so easy to get lost in the day-to-day noise and forget to enjoy the small things that impact our well-being and happiness.

Perhaps our greatest purpose is to slow down, embrace the small stuff, feel our connection to others, and to be grateful for such gifts!  The gifts that give life meaning and fulfillment.
