JOY! A simple word! A simple message today! Find joy!
Carry joy in every step of your leadership journey. I’m not suggesting that every moment is an easy moment but you can find joy if you look. And once you look, then share your joy. There are always challenges but a minute of joy can propel the next stage of success. If you follow the threads of joy they will lead you to where you are destined to be. Joy makes the moments meant to be. Joy can keep our purpose clear and our creativity bright!
So take some moments today to recognize your joy and as a leader mentor those around you to turn joy into practice.
