“Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.”

Always remember that how you react to difficult challenges and how you carry on after difficult times speaks volumes about your leadership as well as your personal qualities. In difficult or messy situations, you must remember your purpose, confirm your commitment, be prepared and practice compassion. Focus on people, the individual, and the team. Confront the issue, anticipate the worst and hope for the best. Invest in the future of the organization, build a positive culture and protect the best interest of the organization. Face the reality of the situation, engage with others around you, be transparent, take responsibility for what is wrong and embrace what goes right! Help others to accept the outcomes of a difficult situation.
