“You only lose what you cling to.”

“The truth is, unless you let go, unless you forgive yourself, unless you forgive the situation, unless you realize that the situation is over, you cannot move forward.”
~ Steve Maraboli
“Surrender to what is. Let go of what was. Have faith in what will be.”
~ Sonia Rigotti
When you or your work stumbles, it presents the opportunity to let go of present and past moments and situations. Letting go will free space for a new perspective, honor the past and its achievements, focus energy for change and fuel positive action.
It is important, in a leadership position, to let go and then help others to let go. It is equally important to take responsibility and feel empowered to lead a much needed change. Self reflection in every situation is a critical part of letting go. You have to own your part before you can help everyone else.
BMG is ready to help you let go! Ready to guide a reflective engagement to find organizational perspective that leads to the past, present and future! Most importantly a future built on a thoughtful foundation and lead by an inclusive agreement. “Letting Go” brings a focused energy to the development of a revitalized pathway to change. We can’t grow effectively until we are able to let go first.
